i saw a discussion on hydrolock where a link sent me to Dan marc.  they have is there a particular valve (which i may simply find) but more importantly what is the hose size that i mate to?

There were two different models that were discussed previously that will work.  It seems like the consensus (and the one I bought - therefore the best  cooldude) is the AFC-152.

Word to the wise: when you wire it up to your bike...do NOT use the supplied Scotch-Lock connectors.  My bike wouldn't start after I hooked up my Dan Marc, and I traced it back to the Scotch-Lock not even breaking through the insulation on one of the tapped wires.  (Of course, if you have any electrical experience, you already knew not to use those crappy connectors.)

I forget the measurement of the fuel line.  Sorry.
