While sitting at the bar last weekend I was watching the NCAA slam dunk contest. I noticed a player from Illinois College was competing. His name is Jacob Tucker from Carlyle IL. Besides the fact IC in Jacksonville IL is extremely small, Jacob is only 5 feet 10 inches tall with a 50 inch vertical jump!!!.

Spud was a little before my time, I think he was around 5'6" , Muggsy Bogues was the shortest NBA player at 5'4" or 3 I think.
