gee, here in america some social do gooder would require them to all have helmets and wearing seat belts!!!

there's something to be said about a country that's supose to be "land of the free" when you can't do that in america.

I've see a few crazy things in my travels to S.E. Asia, but not this bad!  The most I saw on a 50cc scooter was a family of 5, and that was pushing it's limits!  I also made sure I didn't go near the ones with huge propane bottles strapped on!
