I'm speechless but not surprised.
Last week in Ft. Wayne, a drug dealer's half starved chihuahua was picked up in a drug raid. No mention of the drug dealers victims but the dog was first page news with pictures for three days.
Morale of the story (I guess) Deal in Drugs is OK, but inhumane treatment of animals will get you in deep trouble.

It's a rodent, for Pete's sake, a bushy tailed rat.
Interesting. The nursed the "baby" squirrel back to health and released it into the wild? There's more than one item in this story that just doesn't make sense.

now what they should have done was to take that idiot OFFICER DAVIS out back behind the woodshed and literaly beat his brains out of his dying skull, then poured gasoline on him and set him on fire. then they should have hung him up so everyone could see what a jerk he was. For a squirrel? Remind me to stop if you and I start a discussion on the natural order of things.
