Saginaw Michigan

« on: April 09, 2011, 04:32:05 PM »

one gorgeous Michigan spring day in the books.  I saw alot of motorcycles on the roads today, I hope you were one of them!!  It is kinda hard to ride with your arm in a cast so we opted for a 4 wheeled vehicle to appease our wanderlust.  Worked just fine, we were all over northern Michigan...from Saginaw to Bellaire to Indian River and everywhere in-between.  It was a pleasing temperature of 67 degrees in Indian River, what snow that is left up there is only in the deep woods and on the ski slopes.  We had to stop in Gaylord and see the Elk, also to eat at Gobblers.  Maybe I can get Bob to post some pics, I'm not up on that stuff quite yet.  It always amazes me that pretty much everywhere we go when traveling in Michigan we see a Valkyrie and today was no exception.  Do we have the largest Valk population here in MI...I wonder?  Anyhow, I hope you all enjoyed this beautiful day! Cheesy
