Ok, so this 97 Valk I'm getting apparently has neon spark plug wires.  I'm thinking I don't want them but I haven't seen them yet.  Does anyone know how difficult it would be to remove them and put the stock wires back on?

I've got a message in to the P.O. who's friend/employee was/is a Honda dealer and did the job himself asking if the guy might be willing to remove them or should I take them as is and remove them myself if I decide to and maybe sell them later.

Any thoughts?

Waiting for my check to clear which should be next week and will start the moving process.  Itching for the Fat Lady to be here already.

That all depends on how they were installed.  If they were just plug N play, they you might be able to pull them off and put the wire back to the plug.  If they were all new wires, then you will need to get new wires to remove/replace them.  Might just want to wait and see what ya go, if you like it, and if you can remove it and go from there.

six plug wires at $31 each... not something to pass up a good Valkyrie over, but still something to
keep in the back of your mind...

Here's a link to Shop Talk showing how I changed out my plug wires a few years ago, and for a lot less than the $31 each. But I would do as was suggested....wait to see what/how those neon doodads were installed. The type I've seen clipped in between the plugs and the end of the plug wires. That would be easy to change back.
