I've never really paid much attention to what it is, I had my Tourer and was happy with it. Now that I've got some other options with the other two, I'm thinking of doing a Super Valk or something like it. Assuming there is one, can anyone give me a definition (and pic's) of what a "Super Valk" is?
Thanks; Bill

The term "Supervalk" refers to taking the trunk off of an IS. It is a fairly straight forward adventure but you do need to purchase a few pieces from a standard or tourer...like a rear fender wiring harness and taillight. When I performed this on a friends valk, we made the trunk easily reattachable by notching the mounting rails where they attach to the rear fender. Here is a set of instructions I found on the web by searching "SuperValk": http://www.f6rider.com/Articles/10_minute_super_valk.htmJoe

Okay, so to make my Tourer a "SuperValk" wanna be, I need to add an I/S fairing and lowers? Won't be a full super cause I won't have a trunk? That sound right?

Set your bike up the way you like it and RIDE it Well since we have such consensus on tires and oil... we gotta to have something to debate P.S. ...the final drive oil does not lubricate the pinion cup through those two little holes
