Hey Guys, I picked this up when I bought some Hard bags and Stock exhaust. Does anyone recognize who makes this? I know nothing about it except that it's in great shape. Do I need any new hardware to install it? Thanks

Mine is a little different than that, and it just bolts on to the fender bolts........    Put a piece of sponge under the front of it between it and the fender.........   Otherwise, ya might have a rattle.....   Mine bolts to the front fender.   If by chance that one does also, put a piece of wood between the tire and the fender before drilling, then sponge not needed..   Ya might hear a tire go whissssshhhhhh otherwise.

In this image see part #9
No drilling required.
You will need 4 longer screws and flange nuts to hold the rail inside the fender.
Mine fits quite snug against the reflectors.
Small hands are needed to install the flange nuts on the longer screws if you don't remove the wheel/tire.
Hope this helps.

I had to drill mine where in your parts fiche #'s 6 & 7 fit.  I don't have that cap on my Tourer.
