SugarPlum and I made it back at 1615 hrs.   We had a great time.  cooldude  Thanks to all who came from near and far to partake in Bacon  Cheesy    We had over 20 bikes at the meet point in Hempstead.  We had about 42 people at the restaurant.  Shocked   Had some folks show up for the first time this year too.  Mary aka Mario with her newly painted fairing and Tim, Blotar and Dian (on her newly acquired Vulcan), Willie and Teresa, JoeValk, TJ,Disco,RainMaker,MrBubbles and Denise, SquidBilly and Lisa and a few whos name I can't remember I'm sure.   They all seemed to have a good time, and nobody left hungry   Cool   Pics to follow..........

Willie and Teresa made it home safely around 4 PM  - Great ride and fun getting to put some faces to the names .....  Had the small chicken fried steak....  Could have just had the chicken fried bacon and fried corn nuggets and made a meal...

Looking forward to many more gatherings...

Excuse the pun Bobby, but I was praying for a miracle. The Wife had already planned a church retreat for Saturday, I couldn't fake a stomach ache and go riding at the same time. Next time I'll plan a head.

We had a good time, though, as usual, I over-indulged in the Chicken Fried Bacon!  Next year, someone remind me to order the bacon and NOT a meal too!

It was a great day to ride!

Sorry for the late post but we just got to the house. We took a long way home thru Anderson and the national forest. We and Dennis were stopped at a station in Anderson and a couple pulled in on a black 2001 tourer. We talked for a long time they were from north houston just out riding for the day. He's was at Inzane last year and was even wearing his Inzane T shirt. He is a very active member of the Patriot Guard out of Houston.
Well we left them on 149  as they were heading back to Conroe and we cut off on 1375 to New Waverly to catch old 75 back to Conroe and 3083  to 1485 back to the house. After Dennis dropped off near New Caney we decided to go visit the grandbabys and ended up going out to eat with the kids. To all of you on the ride we had a wonderful time. Thanks for the great memories. cooldude

Was his name Tom by any chance?  HayHauler, Disco, 2Valk and I found him somewhere in Michigan last year on our way to InZaneX. I think he was pulling over to study the map, instead he followed us in. You just meet the nicest people on a Valkyrie.

Yes name was Tom Berleth, and you are right you meet the nices people on Honda (Valkyrie that is.) We really had a great time and I need to thank ya for taking care of Greg and Brenda after we got split up at Snook. I thought he had heard me that we were going straight into College Station, but he thought we were with the rest of the group. We back tracked all the way to Brenham trying to catch up with ya'll. We then gave up at headed for home. Thanks again.
