Don't really care for him, however there are 2 things that would be good about Trump as Pres.

First, if the twin towers were knocked down on his watch, there would be 3 there now and they would be larger than the other 2.

And second....
We go from this......

to this....

I'm good with the building thing.  The second part is crap and you should know it.  I'm looking for some kind of image that says, "think before you post".

However, I am glad that you and I have similar views about Trump.

Nope, pretty sure she in embarrasing to the country. Not her personally, but I have seen better looking outfits when I lived in a trailer park.

It could just be me, but personally, you should dress IAW your station if you are representing a country.

To be thick as a brick is the epitome of not thinking.

Never mentioned how she looks, you must think she is rough, because I NEVER said that. Don't attribute your shallowness to me.
"It could just be me, but personally, you should dress IAW your station if you are representing a country."

I didnt dress her.

And I am pretty sure that a Mrs Trump wouldnt go out to represent this country looking like she was dressed in her 5 year olds art project.

I do like what Trump has to say about international relations and the deficit/budget and making the United States respectable again.  However, I really want him to win for one main thing.

I want to see him tell "president" Obama "YOU'RE FIRED" on national television  2funny

+1 on the appearance of the latest trophy mrs trump but ya cant judge a book by the cover

But that is one hellova cover there for certain

DOnt know if the joy of hearing those words YOUR FIRED is worth 4 years of Trump

Trump surely has as many low friends in high places as the current POTUS The question is can he
restore the economy, create jobs, protect the environment, end free care for life for congress and walk on water like Obama angel Roll Eyes

Do  you have a web site for his official campaign views yet?  Would like to know where he stands on issues that matter to me, like motorcycle oil and tires

An outfit is part of someone's looks.  I've never mentioned anyone's looks, so your accusation is baseless.

BTW, your linked photo of the hat looks like a juvenile attempt at photoshopping.   uglystupid2

Looks like my 1 min search did turn up a photoshopped hat. OOps
Only problem is the rest of it is all her. And it still speaks for itself.

An outfit is part of someone's looks.
Actually, a outfit is how someone presents themselves. Would you like Oss to represent you in court dressing like Wille Wonka?
Or do you think the judge would cast a evil eye toward him, and you by familiarity?

His views don't matter.
The current Mrs. Trump would never let him here the end of moving into a smaller house in a bad neighborhood so his candidacy is moot.

Would you have bought tens of thousands of dollars worth of company stock from this person in the '70s?

President Bush dressed up like a cowboy sometimes.  Does that diminish his importance?

If Bush dressed like that to meet heads of state, yes it would. His and the countrys. When he was away from his main function and riding around a ranch or running a chainsaw, then dressed like that, he looks like what he is about.

He looks like a computer geek, thus you would assume that he knew computers.
You wouldn't have bought stock from him either in the 70's, the IPO was in 86.

Seem to recall LBJ in a cowboy hat and also Reagan.. Washington also wore a funny hat and nobody made fun of him  and none of em bowed down to any foreign head of state anywhere

The Cowboy hat and Tripointed hat seems a uniquely american symbol maybe they should make a comeback?

As for being on horseback, well, (to quote a reaganism) that would also be a signature of leadership

But did love the quote with Gates, wish I did buy that stock

To attack someone based upon their looks is the epitome of shallow thinking.

I didnt dress her.

I know you didnt dress her, she has dozens of (obviously overpaid) staff to dress her, schedule her day and make her that embarrasing.  She surely couldnt do all that by herself

dozens?  she has a staff of forty. you'd think one of them would speak up and say 'your not wearing that are you?'  2funny

The CEO of the company I was working at gave a talk at the spousal unit's college, which she attended. Afterward I asked her what she thought of him.

She said she pity'ed the man.

I was rather confused, so I asked for an explanation.

She said it was obvious he had NO friends. He had the WORST combover you've ever seen. If he had any REAL friends, and not just sycophants, at least ONE of them would have told him "Dude... The combover isn't working..."

I.E. He surrounded himself with yes men and sycophants, instead of any real friends of advisers.

Draw your own conclusions as to what that has to do with the current thread... Wink

You are reaching around and pulling sections of your extrapolations and trying to make them a argument.

You were talking about Bush in a truck on his ranch. He was dressed in a matter appropriate to his function as a guy working on his home, in his truck, on vacation.
M.O. has appeared in public as the first lady, in social functions, looking like a bag lady. Try a little search on your own, just a thought.
Now you are trying to say that the only time she should look like she is to dress up to her station is when she meets heads of state.
Grasp grasp grasp............. Pick a argument and defend it. Oops (2) You can't.

I don't care if she is a bit dumpy, so was Mrs Bush. You didnt see her wearing a feed bag in a foreign country, and the current trophy Trump wouldn't either, and she would make it look real good to as a side benefit.

This is extremely subjective, and I find it humorous that you consider yourself a self-proclaimed fashion critic!   2funny  My opinion still stands that criticizing someone based on your own interpretation of how someone should look or dress is shallow.

I was turning your explanation of Bush dressing as a farmhand back to you.  Was the First Lady on official state business in these photos, or are they simply paparazzi photos during a casual event?

As a kid, I was often frustrated with my dad when it came to how I presented myself in public. As a school superintendent's kid, to look unkempt was unacceptable, to act as such was even worse. Reason being was as already stated....you dress and act according to your station in life at the moment. I often told him I'm not the superintendent so I shouldn't be affected by HIS position at the time. His answer was quite simple and I think it applies here; how you dress and how you act IS a reflection on (in my case) the parent. Again....just my opinion, but I required it of my girls as they were growing up. And, as their kids matured I watched as they impressed that same standard on them. I'm amused at my dear wife when she observes someone that hasn't used "good judgement" in how they present themselves, regardless of the occasion; her only comment will be "oh my."  It speaks volumes.

As for the following, fantastic idea!!! Think I will go for a bike ride, then have the soup. (part of an old joke, think about it)
