I've run a Cooper Zeon 2XS for years I think I installed the first one in 2000 /2001 . I'm now running a Fuzion ZRi and I'm likin' it just as well as the Cooper plus it lasts a couple thousand more miles....Cooper Zeon 2XS rated 280.....Fuzion ZRi rated 320....Both tires are directional pattern and both hang in the curves wonderful.

i have a question,
has anyone ever "shaved" the edge of a car tire to make it more round? i've heard of people shaving tires for more traction on the race track, just wondering if anyone has done it on the edges?

With that thought, has anyone lifter the fender up/lowered the swing arm to clear a taller tire?
I sold my rear fender, but thought of this afterwards. Might just keep my frame for further experiments, just need to borrow parts from someone elses bike.

Longer shocks or relocate the upper shock mount, would be the easy to do that.

My first bike, a CM250 Custom, had a shock extension, that swong the shocks out, so it lowered the seat. So something like the riser extensions for the shocks might accomplish the same thing.

If you re-locate the top shock mount down... it will move the rear of the frame up. But it will also change how the bike handles.

Let me know if you want longer shocks...I have a set or Progressive 416 Air Shocks that I tried on my bike but couldn't swing the swing arm far enough out of the way to fit the shocks (14") due to my muffler hangers. If you have a different setup or remove the rear bolt, you could probably get it to work.
