Does anyone have a copy of the installation instructions for the Hondaline front fender guard rail installation.  I have a rail and am wondering if I am missing a spacer for the bolt on the front.
Thanks.

It does use a small spacer aprox 3/8 to 1/2 inch long at the front.

The reason I am asking is because with the allen bolt screwed all the way into the stub on the fender rail, there is a 1/8" gap.  Is there a rubber or plastic grommet that goes between the fender and rail to take up the space or what?  With nothing in between, the front of the rail is going to be loose to the fender.
Would like to know what is used, thus am asking for a copy of the installation instructions or where they can be found on the internet.

I know RIVCO has their manuals on line. I had to contact them for the extender version of the center stand installation for the California bikes, and that is the one Dag has, and they emailed it to me.

Get a nylon washer to put between the standoff that is welded to the rail and the top of the fender or you will muck up the paint.  Also use a SS washer underneath.  Maybe just the washers will take up enough slack so the screw will snug up.  If that doesn't do the trick, file or grind a bit of the length of the screw off.

The original bolt is a hex head, not Allen, so that replacement is just a tad too long......
