Did anyone here (besides myself) attend the NRA Convention this weekend in Pittsburgh?
I tried to go in town to attend on Friday.... traffic was gridlocked as a result of no place to park, so I bailed before everyone tried to leave and/or rush hour traffic. Yesterday I was out riding around on the bike, but today I managed to make it down there and .... WOW, it was great and it wore me out. Got to lay hands on many many accessories, weapons and even got to dry fire quite a few. Most of the major brands were represented, even some I never heard of as well. Kel-Tec was not in attendance.... I would have liked to see that new Kel-Tec Shotgun.
I picked up a few freebies here and there, not much and also a wallet holster for my .380 from these guys
http://www.pagerpal.com/ . It draws very easily from a rear pocket. I tried the pagerpal holster with a large frame gun in the holster and I was impressed as to how easy it was to conceal and remove. Wasn't uncomfortable at all in a standing or sitting position.
It was a great event and worth the parking fee, since NRA members could attend for free.
