I got these by accident but installed them and there better then OEM the stud end into engine is the same but the end the nut goes on is 7mm so you have to drill out the hole in the exhaust flang a little but no more snapped bolts  Stud part #90035-MM5-000 Nut Part# 90304-MM5-000

Where these just a stud from some other Honda, or are they from something (Valk, GW, model years)?

Well Rich, It's probably a good idea if snapped off studs are a problem plaguing you, but I've installed hundreds of Valkyrie exhausts in my shop over 12 years and have never snapped one.  Maybe just using a torque wrench would be an easier solution.

those studs are a bit weak on purpose....beefing up the stud size is not necessarily a good thing if you strip out the aluminum head.

+1 on the torque wrench.

These studs are from another Honda with and alum. Block I'm sure honda saw the problem in a newer model and up graded the studs. you still have to use a tork wrench
