you will need the fender bracket that holds the rear of the frt seat as well as the frt of the rear seat also you will need to bolt down the rear of the back seat, in addition: the interstate tank is much steeper at the rear so your seat may press against the rear of the tank. members have protected the paint by affixing a clear plastic to the rear of the tank and have successfully done this swap.
The fender bracket is there. The bolt is there on the fender. You may want to swap it with one of a better appearance. Ultimate Interstate pillions have the same need.
The nose of the saddle will wrinkle against the Interstate tank. It won't look good and an Ultimate seat should look good. That's the only difference in using the Standard saddle.
