I have a problem.  I had knee surgery and because of the injury i cannot bend my knees to comfortably place them on my foot pegs. I have a 98 standard that I love to ride.  Can anyone tell me about modifications i can make to extend the foot pegs up and forward and the brakes and gear shift levers?

I have a extra set bought from e-bay cleaned up and checked over for $175 shipping included.  My set on my bike works great and would not be without them for more info and pictures here is my e-mail hollydogdog@frontier.com

I've got the Standard/Tourer forward controls still sitting in the box, brand spanking new, that I think I'm going to sell.  I bought them on an impulse and then later figured out I should have got the Interstate ones, 'cause I have short legs.  Before you plop down the coin, make sure you get the right ones.

Who says motorcycle riding is supposed to be comfortable!

It's the experience.
