The local club I ride wiht had a foray into North Carolina yesterday.

On the way to the meet up I was passed by a fire truck. I was doing close to the posted 65mph speed limit. They were not attendign a call. Zoom, zoom.

Passed Captain Jack Sparrow headed out for a day of sun and surf  Cheesy

Highway 28, the Cullasaja Gorge was beautiful with plenty of water falling. With a large group we couldn't stop at any of the overlooks  Angry

Our normal BBQ lunch joint was closed  Angry

So we headed back to another we passed on the west side of Highlands.

The BBQ plate was rather sad. Watery veggies nesteld up to french fries. Served on a metal plate with grease prrof paper on.

The dessert was
  • STUNNING.

The weather was warm wiht clear skies. There were 3 Valkyries in the group.   cooldude

Your Gas Prices I noted are a little higher, at least from what I saw on the one Pic from the Exxon Station.

At least your group was not driving Humvees.

Nice scenery.

If the place had a website i would have sent them a very polite customer experience email.

As a business owner if you don't get told how do you know?

If I'd been by myself I would have told the server of my misgivings.
