Seem to have lost two of the acorn bolts that hold the exhaust on . Does anyone know the size? #15 on the exhaust microthing

From what I can see it's a (6MM Nut Cap). # 16

They're unusually long (deep?) and cost about a million dollars apiece from Honda.

I don't know of an alternative.

I took all my remaining OEM exhaust nuts off and gave them away.  Bought one star washer and 2 stainless nuts for each stud.  Put on the star washer against the exhaust flange and one SS nut behind that.  Torque the first nut to 7 ft/lbs (84 in/lbs), then use an open end wrench to hold that torque value while tightening the lock nut.  Run it a while and re-torque using the same procedure.  Double nutting has long been a recognized procedure for keeping things in place.  Have lost no exhaust nuts and no exhaust leeks after using the lock nut procedure...JTL   cooldude

That sounds like a good idea, Pharm boy. Big BF and I did a pretty exhaustive (no pun intended) search in the Phoenix area for any after market studs and heads to no avail! Just the qurillion $$ Honda ones. Double nutting sounds like the solution to me!
