Since they can't figure out what to do with a captured terrorist, like give them a trial and then release or imprison or put them to death back here.

The military has only one strategy, killem.

That leaves one big hole in interrogation and intelligence gathering.

You can't beat them into telling or giving up info.

So we get to kill them instead.
