Does anybody out there know if any company offers high performance coil "packs" to replace the three deuces coils?   example ford ranger 3.0L uses ONE coil with six plug wires. that fires two plugs at a time for emissions purposes.

CBR1100XX coils are hotter coils, search my handle posted info before.
new minature dyna coils, somebody posted before about using them.
most auto/truck coils have an ohm rating too low for the oem ignition unit.

Jeff K; that's the second time I've seen you say EFI. Is that on a Valkyrie? If so, where did you find it, how much $, how much work, and what does it do for performance and fuel mileage?
Just wondering...

I have two supercharged EFI Valks
Its all custom made
I built mine, the second one was built by a company in Miami, I bought the bike after the piston popped.
It cost a ton of money, and i really couldn't tell you what it would do for a stock bike.
I thought I was tired of messing around with carbs on blowers, I thought this would be easier.
It's a never ending "hobby".
Would I do it again? Yes, on a blown bike, not on a stock bike.

Another good Q. Will a hotter spark and or iridium spark plugs hurt or help this crappy ignition motor with its typical problems involving the firing of the fuel and power issues i keep reading about and personally finding out??  NOTE: my scooter is a 98 tourer with 8k miles and is in mint condition cooldude (NOT FOR SALE) Cool At this point im up to suggestions!  tickedoff  the carbs are as perfect as can be. the spark at the plugs is barely visable and i can hold any one of the plug wires in my hand with it running(low kv)
