Said before that i lived in east texas in a little town called Garrison. The local bank had a coffee pot goin as long as the bank was open. When i had the time i would sit with the old guys (guess i'm one now) and listen to some storys they would tell. Learned early on to make absolutely positively sure that i had no kinda liquid in my mouth. They didn't mind me sittin in and listening-they minded gettin sprayed. 2funny RIDE SAFE.

Had to stop it several times to quit laughing enough to hear it. Thanks I have not laughed that hard in a long time.

Storytelling is a dying art.  The older guys I worked with at Phillips had tons of yarns like that.

Yeah,  that's my wife's home town. With 13 kids in her Dad's family, I think she was kin to over half the city. LOL  Good people, tho. We could learn a lot from the older folk.
