what size riser do i need to get more pull back ,without changing cables, and where do i get them? for an interstate

These will fit all models of the Valk and don't require anything other than turning the cable clips on the bars.
I have them on my Interstate and my wife's Standard. Really helped out.

Where/how do you measure the rise...and what is the rise & pull-back on the stock risers on a standard Valk (I assume their all the same for all models of Valks).
Will these work without having to install new cables?..........
