I've seen them somewhere before (should've saved the web site), but I can't remember where.  Seem to remember that they come in different styles....some with flames and such.  Have looked around the www but so far, haven't found them.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Chrome muffler hangers: I've seen one set in my years. I can't imagine they're made anymore. You might send yours out for chroming.

No....there not pipe hangers (at least, I don't think they are).  I'm not totally sure and I could be wrong here, but I think that they're a filler of some sort that fills in that blank spot above the hangers and the shock area.

I think those were made by a vendor in the Pacific Northwest. Man, I can't remember his name but he was at Inzane 1. He also made stainless covers for Baker Wings and a few other neat farkles. I'll bet Ratdog can help us if he sees this.

BF, I have a used set of those I'll give you for postage and $7.

They are stainless but mine are covered with surface scratches from scrubbing (they get cruddy down there), not gouges or dings, but rubs which do show in direct sunlight, and some little pitting, and they are scratched at the bolt holes, but the flange bolts cover that.  And I hesitated even offering in that they mount by sistering up with the shock bolts, and bag guard rails, and my seat basket (which you unlikely have), and getting all that crap lined up to reinstall is a PITA (need at least three hands).  And I have chrome swingarm cover on one side and drive shaft cover on the other, and you cannot get your hand around the sharp flame points to clean them (or clean your wheel, or access anything else thru that opening without drawing blood).  I could clean the chrome swingarm and shaft covers by lying on the ground and reaching up around from underneath, which is also a PITA.  So after going thru a couple tire changes messing with the little bastards,  I took them off for good.  I cannot recommend them.  But if you want them you can have them for shipping and $7.
