Wanting to put a cruise control on my Valkyrie.  I have a McCruise on a Kawasaki Concours works great.  But just wondering with the 6 carb set up how a vac control system will work.  Just looked at an audiovox system that is non vac controled.  Would like to hear from someone that is using an audiovox set up.  Thanks

I have the audiovox ccs vaccum system and it works great.  I installed it myself with the instructions posted on ShopTalk.  It works great...highly recommended.

I installed one, I had to use the vacuum can to get it to work, it's good +1/-3mph with no tinkering. Use it all the time.  Best 150 dollars I ever spent

I stressed about doing the mod for some time, thinking it would be to complicated.  Took on the task during the winter a couple years ago, it wasn't that difficult and finished it quicker than I thought.  Works GREAT  cooldude and I would do it again if I found another Valk (and another Audiovox).

i installed the audiovox cruise this last summer, i use it everyday i go to work (for my short 10 mile drive) holds great, didn't use a vacuum canister, just went off of carbs 1 and 2 with a check valve for each, and a "T" between 'em.  i also tied the cable in on the throttle cross bar unlike the instructions posted on the install.  drilled and tapped a 4mm hole to hold the servo cable.

I see a cruise control in my very near future.  I did 350 miles on the bike yesterday. I have done 5 and 6 hundred a day on the Goldwing.  I like the cruise it takes some of the cramp out of the wrist.
