Yeah,,,,,It's a HEMI

MAGNUM the Super Bee just got "HEMI-ized" !!   cooldude    I spent a couple of days in Tulsa, Oklahoma and had the Attic Rats Performance Works guys do their magic on my ride.  "Effortlessly" is the best word to use in describing how it now runs.  Even if your bike is running at near 100%, the improvement will still be dramatic..  But if you've got poor fuel mileage, too rich exhaust, popping on deceleration, throttle lag and a general case of the "blahs"  like I had, then these guys will light her up for you.  I had already planned on doing some carb work, desmogging it and adjusting the valves before I found these guys; but they did all I had planned on doing, and then some. I won't go into details here, but if you'd like to know more, shoot me an email to HrdDrvnMan@aol.com (put HEMI in subject line please) or PM me and I'll send the contact info back to you.  And NO, they didn't really put a Dodge HEMI in MAGNUM,,,,, but it runs like it !!   No affiliation, just one smooth running customer  Wink

Bobby, I had my bike fixed the same way you did, what an improvement!!The guys did all the head work and I mean they really did a great job. Porting & polishing the heads, porting and polishing the intake runners and on top of all that tthey port matched the intake runners! Had them change my anti freeze, timing belts, de-smog and oil change and they did that with no extra charge! They went through all 6 of the carbs with a fine tooth comb! My bike was running ok befor I had the work done but what an inprovement! The work that was done sure woke the fat girl up! SHe rides tons smoother and purrrrsssss like a kitten.

my gas mileage only changed the first month or so because I could not help but twist the wick all the way up.......lol I enjoyed being able to bring the front tire off the ground in 3rd gewr uglystupid2 Once I stopped playing around my mileage went right back to 35 miles per gallon.

I can understand what you are saying. I also had them work on my ride and the difference is unbelieveable, idle is smother than before and it revs like hell. My gas milage is down, just can't resist the urage to twist the throttle, it pulls like a freight train to red line and then some. Good thing the revlimiter works. My thanks to Attic Rats Performance Works.

These guys did the same work to my bike and what an improvement. I ride two up 90% of the time and pull a trailer sometime also. The work these guys did made the bike pull harder from bottom to the top and made life easier riding in the mountains of Colorado on vacation. If any of you have ever been in the mountains on a carbureted bike it gets really anemic the higher you go in elevation. The valk now runs great even in the mountains.

I had Bob and Russell work their magic on my fat girl and I really enjoyed the difference.  I rode the bike from Tulsa to my home in North Carolina.  My fuel mileage was the same 32MPG I got normally and some of that was in the mountains in Tennessee and North Carolina.  The bike pulled the mountains effortlessly.  I had Bob install a cruise control and the difference in set speed and where it accelerated up was only 2 MPH.  What a real pleasure.  My average speed was 75 MPH and the mid range power to pass some putz who won't get out of the hammer lane was awesome!!  I really enjoyed the ride home except for the stock seat.  That is the next fix.

I must have a rare bike 1998 with no carb mods or emission everything is still original. Only thing done is 6 degree, intake polish K&N air, interstate carb springs and 2-brother canister exhaust. My Honda guru did valves and timing belt last year and was going to play with my carbs but after he rode it he said leave it alone and had a big smile on his face. Just got back from out west and bike never missed a beat average mpg was 44 or better. Mileage went down slightly after picking up wife in OR.   Ran like I was still in MI We rode from FT Collins to Portland OR then down to CA and back to Col. Nice ride first time out west. Sure was breath taking.

Well you know how some folks get when you start telling others how much money you spent on something, as if you trying to promote the company.  ???   But it was less than having your carbs redone by a stealer shop  Roll Eyes

Gear Jammer thanks for letting the VRCC members kown how happy you are with our work. Russell and I seem to be staying pretty busy doing this. There is a lot of people out there that would like there bike to run alot better and not change the fuel milage. We are glad that we can help out
