I finally bought some bag rails for my Tourer on ebay. I received them and they look pretty good. The welds could have been dressed much better. I'll post some pics when I get them mounted. The vendor (re1368) has been auctioning 2-3 sets every week. The bids have gone up to around $400. Some of the auctions look like there is a bidder driving the price up. I got mine for $212 plus $30 shipping. Looks like the vendor also sells directly from a website for $273.
