I've had Kewl Metal grip tip helmet locks on both handlebar ends for 5 or so years and find they hang my helmet and riders helmet perfectly but weirdly enough, within a week or 2 of each other, the spring loaded tab that allows the helmets to be secured both refused to catch when depressed. Pushy in - - -  poppy out!
Although well used, I sent an e-mail to the folks and told them my tale of woe and, shut the front door!, They sent me 2 replacements for free! Zip! Gratis! "Sheet far!", sez I, and replied that I'd share my good fortune from Kewl Metal with a few thousand of my closest friends. So here I am and there it is!! Whoo-Hoo!!! cooldude cooldude cooldude cooldude

I've bought several things from them in the past and they've always been good folks to deal with. If you have to have something replaced that's your fault, they give ya good prices on replacements / repairs as well ($30 to have one flame fork guard replaced and $10 for a replacement fork cap clock)...Good people and some great stuff.
