Brothers and Sisters, I know it's a little late notice, but scheduling issues have forced me to postpone announcing the third annual AARRG (Adirondack Americade Rib Ride and Greet). At least untill now. For those of you not familiar, its an opportunity to meet some of our fellow members, take a nice ride in the lovely Adirondacks and enjoy some good local BBQ. In years past we have traveled across the fine state of Vermont, almost to the New Hampsire border to sample the fine smoking of Mr. Curtis, and his all american BBQ. I thought I'd change it up a little this year, and suggest a slightly shorter trip. Trust me, the eating will be just as fine. Because of my scheduling conflicts, I will not be able to guide this years ride untill Saturday, June 11th. As I know that many of you do enjoy some of the events going on in and around Lake George, and would like to enjoy those venues, this shorter trip would let you possibly have the best of both worlds. As in years past, the rally point will be at the Howard Johnsons resturant (not the hotel) located on Rt 9, south of Lake George Village. It is located at the traffic light, just across from the water park. Rally time, as usual, will be 9AM. Unless the group would like to take more (or less) time on the road, I see no reason that we could not return to Lake George by 3PM or so. If you have any questions, feel free to send me an IM, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Once again, sorry for the short notice, but, I hope to see many of you there!
