She can be so rotten some times. I was sitting on a stool in the shop the other day just looking at the bike when she walked in. Just to make conversation I assume, she asked if there was something wrong with the bike. I simply told her "no, just wondering what I can do to improve my ride." Her answer......"try changing your shorts".....then walked back in the house. I just sat there and stared after her, then began to crack up....she did it so dead-panned it caught me totally offguard.

I later followed her suggestion and then went for a ride. WOW....what a difference.  2funny 2funny

You know she is Tom, you met her that day you brought your bike over for some work. When are you going to be back in town, I need to take a ride!

Roadkill....I laugh every time I see that "exchange." By the way...Susan lives next door. Steve probably changed with one of the two "ladies" that live across the street from her. They have their life...I have mine.  Wink

Tom, I have an even more expensive difficult situation. Rita's birtday is June 19, her anniversary  (angel) is July 5, so every year I ask if I can pick a date halfway between and celebrate just one time(means only one gift, right?). She insists on the two separate dates. It's been an ongoing joke with us for years and I have no intention of changing it. Neither do I intend to celebrate just one day, but I still give her the business by asking her which day she wants to designate as the Annibirthvery day.

John, you are one lucky man.

If I pulled a stunt like that on one date, I'd wake up in next week with hoses in all of my orifices in da horse pistol.   Eyes might be starting to open by then.

Red don't cotton to dat sheet, it is her birthday and her anniversary, she says if I want to change one, it can be arranged.    I ain't askin what she meant by that remark.      I don't like divorces, them bitches can and do get expensive..

Red's birthday coordinates tooooooo close to Christmas.    DUH..........

My former wife's birthday was Dec. 21 and she always asked that we(our girls and I) save things for Christmas. I never did though, always did a little something to let her know I remembered. Safer that way. Since the Mayan (or is it the Incan) calendar ends on Dec. 21, 2012, when we talked recently I asked her if she still planned on celebrating her birthday on the same day the world is supposed to end next year. She said absolutely, just in case they didn't know any more than Rev. Chambers did earlier this month.
