What is the largest risers I can out on an 03 standard without changing the cables  ?

I just installed these risers and found that I now need throttle cables 2-inches longer. I did re-route the throttle cables behind the triple tree, but alas, they're too long that way, and the right fork presses against the cables full-swing right. Longer throttle cables are quoted at $75. The rest of the hydraulic lines and electrical lines are fine. Obviously these particular risers are not plug-n-play, however they do allow you to reuse the stock one piece riser clamp.
