Got up late, which is usual on Saturday. My wife scraped and eased the Wisconsin State Park sticker off of my slightly used clearview windshield. Then she installed the vinyl decals that look like etchings of the Cobra and Decepticon emblem to either side of the head light. Then I hosed off the big bugs and we took off about lunch time.

We were heading to a wedding at a HD shop at 2:00 and a party with a friend up from Florida at 6:30, and to ride.
Had to swing by the mall. Needed a couple cards and a b-day gift for the floridian.
We arrived at 2:00 sharp at the HD shop. It is the shop's 20th anniversary weekend so they were having a huge time of it. Several hundred bikes already out front when we got there. Live music. Food vendors. Etc. I wheeled the tourer in amid the v-twins.
The 50 year old on the sporster I parked beside had a friend with a valk. We swapped nicities, he asked if I liked the car tire. Cool.
My wife's phone rang. It was her mother. Turns out the wedding reception wasn't at 2:00, but 3:00. I didn't want to stand in the parking lot for an hour waiting, so we walked over to a resturant and had lunch with my wife's brother and waited.
A little after 3:00 we walked back over to the HD shop. The wedding reception was upstairs (they were actually married a few weeks ago, this was just the party for the family and friends!).  Blue grass music, bbq, and bikes...and apparently they changed it from casual (what they told us) to formal at the last minute?  The grooms family apparently threw a fit so they all dressed up, except for us in our jeans and biker t-shirts and the blue grass band that didn't get the dressy memo either.
Fine time. Ran until about 6ish.
Took off for a little 30 minute ride around town.
Found a friend of a friend's house and hung out all night. Got home all revved up at midnight. It was still 60 degrees outside.
I can't sleep.
My wife is in bed.
We're taking off at about 8:00 in the morning to wheel the bike down to Atlanta to see a museum that I won tickets to last week.

So yesterday (Saturday) short rides, bbq, friends, music and Sunday (Today/Tomorrow) museums and three hour rides to and fro.
This could be a decent weekend.

I'll throw pics up later if they're good.
My batteries of course died somewhere along the way. I'll grab more tomorrow before we head out.  My wife's in charge of pics while she's on the backseat of the tourer.

Now...if I could just sleep....2:00 am our time...
