After doing more research, it seems as though I just need a general 1" grip as long as I leave the stock throttle sleeve in place is that correct?

i have the sac grips on my sabre.  when i'm ready to change out the iso's on the valk, i'll go with the sac, again.

Yep!

I myself like the stock grips and have the originals still on the bike.

Trouble finding correct grips always has been the replacements are too short.

I have been looking at the Avon Brand grips.  Has anyone had any opinions on this brand?

I have seen the Avons and they are good to go!

But... I still can't seem to get knocked off from trying the all metal grips... but does anyone know if the install would be different than the grips with rubber on the inside??  It seems as though "hairspray" would not work very well with metal on metal grips as it would and does on the rubber grips, like the Avons or kuryakyns.

Any more advice?
