Looking for someone with a "hobbyist" mill, or even someone who has a mill in the garage, that might be interested in machining a few pieces of aluminum. I have a lathe, and a milling attachment for it, just don't have the patience for setup on the lathe. And I'm not very good at it - all my experience has been turning, not milling.

Let me know if you are interested in a little "project". Can't afford much, I'll be honest in advance...

what are you making?  how big?  we have a mill at work, my boss doesn't mind if we use it, he says, the more we use it, the better we will be when we "NEED TO USE IT"......  i'm pretty confident in using ours, if it's something i can do on my lunch time it's no problem.

Yes I have a small Grizzley table top mill. What kind of project do you have in mind?  Email me what you are looking to have done.   Near Philly Pa.

I have a file and a pair of calipers.

You would be surprised what you can do by hand.

Unless it's milling a head or fly cutting a finished surface.
