Dave a friend and former co-worker lost his 2 year long battle with cancer yesterday.

He leaves behind his wife (BJ) and two young children (Mike, Katie).

Please remember them in your prayers,

Dave was a great guy and a devoted father right up to the very end.

There is going to be a terrible void in their lives for quite some time to come.   Cry

Prayers from Buffalo. Losing a friend is tough, being a friend is tough sometimes too. There is something really special in friendship, an un-written bond that means more than anything you could put on a legal document. I have been blessed with a few friends, and being left behind by their passing is real hard. But it is because of that bond, we can and must still honor that friendship by allowing that friend to live on thru us, by doing what we can to provide for his concerns (family, business etc...). His wife will need help and his kids will need to be reminded time and again of how special he was and how lucky they are to have had a Father like him.
Sorry for the rambling, I am not a writer, but have been thru losing close friends too often.

peace of the Lord,

I just wanted to thank everyone for their prayers for Daves family.

The funeral was yesterday BJ is holding up very well and the kids are dealing with this better than anyone expected.

I truly believe in the power of prayer and know that people's prayers are helping them to cope.
