Don't threaten me with a good time

Greeneville, TN

« on: June 13, 2011, 07:52:31 PM »

I'm in Lexington Virgina now. After the Hillbilly Run I continued east to Virginia Beach to stay with my friend and ex-roommate. Hopefully I will make it home tomorrow. The WI-Fi at this motel is terrible so I will post what little pictures I have when I return to flatland Illinois.

First off a big thanks to Highbinder, LadyDraco and SmokinJoe for putting together an outstanding ride. The worst part about it was departing everyone Sunday morning  Sad . A huge thanks to Wolf and the 4-H group for serving us a fine meal. A thanks to eric in md and my sweety Bug for giving me a place to crash,  can't thank you two enough. A big thanks as well to T-Bird for splitting is room with me. Below are a list of facts and things I learned while in WV.

1. SmokinJoe likes his Makers Mark Whiskey diluted.  2funny
2. Steve, AKA (rainman) can actually make it rain  Grin
3. Robin's black and orange valk is the definition of Chromo-sexual  cooldude cooldude
4. Paul AKA (Wimp) Is my idol and should be a comedian on stage. Grin Grin Grin
5. Terry (T-bird) The only words I can say are a Hose and White-Castle  2funny 2funny 2funny
6. Flamingobabe has the sexiest can-am spider on the planet.
7. If you replace your Goldwing's stock front fender with a dirt bike front fender; you might be a redneck.  Grin
8. A motel trash can makes the best beer cooler.
9. If someone brings you a flask or mason jar and says its good sh!t, Do not be afraid to say no!!!
10. eric from md has custom foot brakes on his valk (BRAKEMAN)  Grin Grin Grin
11. I had no idea you could eat Bear meat.
12. Supposedly if you clean your bike twice a day, It is called a Pre-Madonna or something like that.  Smiley
13. This ride was the best I have ever been 2!!!!!!!!!

I was tempted to end every paragraph in my GOTF post with "... and then Joe stopped to wash his bike"  coolsmiley

Made her home safe today around 9pm central time. GPS marked 2450 miles for the trip. I stopped by North Vernon Indiana and dropped off Hal47's hillbilly ride shirt since he couldn't make it to he ride. It was great seeing you all again. Just wish I could make it to Inzane instead of going to a wedding  tickedoff tickedoff tickedoff tickedoff tickedoff tickedoff tickedoff tickedoff

Really enjoyed meeting you. Thanks for bringing the shirt.  Hope to see you again. Hope the ride home was softer. If ever this way stop in again when you have more time and an empty stomach.
