I was looking at the performance numbers for the Victory High-Ball in the new Cycle World magazine and was kind of surprised.  They got a 12.49 second at 102.52 mph quarter mile out of it.  That's right up there in Valkyrie territory.  The Victory weighs less than a Valk and has a displacement advantage and is probably geared lower.  Its measured top speed is 116 mph so in a race a Valk might be neck and neck with the Victory through the quarter mile but should walk away from it on top end.
If you get the July issue, the article is titled "PLANET OF THE APES:  Harley-Davidson Street Bob vs. Victory High-Ball."
