Hey All.

It's been a long time since I've been on the board... and unfortunately a long time since I've been regularly riding my Valk.  Since I don't want to have to keep going and getting the carbs cleaned, and my situation won't be changing any time soon (allowing me to ride more) I've decided to sell the girl to someone who can give her the love and attention she deserves.

Here's the problem: rebuilt title

So what's the protocol here?  Do I take what would be the appropriate price and discount it by XX%?

97 Valk, standard by title but has oem hard bags and windshield.  8700 miles since rebuild; only things from original bike as I understand it is the engine and drivetrain (bought it that way).  Dark Side (less than 50 miles on tire).  Interstate gas tank.  16" buffalo bars (1.25" diameter) apehangers, arlen ness grips, choke relocated to the throttle cable area (I'll see if I have a photo), Cobra 6-into6 pipes with extensions to take them flush to the back (as opposed to slash-cut) and wrapped in exhaust tape.  And the bike is sprayed in LineX bedliner (I didn't spray the front fender or the corbin side panels).  I think that's it as far as the description goes...

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the quick response... I was still trying to figure out how to post photos (like I said, it's been a while).

Your Valk looks too custom to really go by any guide... I would say list it for slightly more than you would let it go for expecting to negotiate.  Be upfront about the rebuild.  I am sure there will be a buyer for that mean lookin aped-out blacked-out bad girl!!!
