.......and saw two Valks, a Valk trike, and a Spyder with webs all over ity go by as I was pulling out. I am pretty sure it was Highbinder, Lady Draco, FlamingoBabe, and Hotglue. They got ahead of me and I never could get through the traffic to catch them. There were a LOT of Spyders in Maggie this weekend. I was there from Thursday 'til this morning. Got in some really wet riding today !!!

Hey Charliemac, Yes the Spyder Trash(AKA Scooter Trash,Just Kidding) were all over the Dragon too.

Thay really hug the asphalt on a rainy day.

A big advantage on a wet road.

Cartires all the way around,,, on those dudes.

Yup...that was us....we started out thursday morning, stopping at LaMont's BBQ great place and we even had a few Valk riders thrown in...from there we went to Maggie Valley to the Spyder Rally...by the way Rtaz if you're reading this tell Devl she did not win the trip to Europe or any of the 500 hundred dollar prizes and no 100...sorry....they did put on one hellva show and feed...good rally.. cooldude We tried to get up to Deals Gap Sat. but got rained out, running the gap when its wet just isn't the same.. Angry  We had a great time with everyone, too bad we didn't run into you at Maggie Valley Charlie..maybe next time...Hotglue and Flamigobabe are probably headed back to Texas as I speak, it was a good time all around...

I sure would love to try out one of those Spyders!  But if you trade your bike for one... can you really call yourself a biker anymore?  I have heard that the ride is much more akin to riding an ATV on the pavement than riding a motorcycle.

Do you even need a motorcycle endorsement to operate a Can-Am?

I ride two Valks and a Spyder and love them all, each is a little different and yes there is a learning curve with the Spyder, you look kinda silly putting your foot down at every stop light. They do ride a lot like a four wheeler however a really fast one, I believe 0-100 it would be a very close race between it and a Valk and they will do awesome burnouts. I still prefer 2 wheels mostly however when the day comes when I can't handle them, I already have my ride ready. Did I mention the Spyder gets a lot of attention everywhere you go.
