I have seen here several photos of Valks with the Torpedo / Bullet fork end covers. I've been looking and finding them for other cruisers
but none for the Valkyrie.  ???

I think they are beautiful and I want a set... I really do!  Cry  Cry

Could you provide me with a lead or a link where I could buy them?  Cheesy

Hey all...  Wow, this post got resurected from last year!

I know Aeromatch was one place that made the 'Fork Bullits', and the link makes it seem as though they are still available (although backordered).

Hello folks... I have more questions...   Roll Eyes
Does anyone knows the answers to the questions and issues raised in the email below?
I am most concerned about the correct part number and whether 1998 and 2000 forks are different...?  ???

I found several vendors with different brands, prices ranging from $126 up to $174. including shipping. Undecided
If you could provide the brand name and part number on yours... and comments on your satisfaction level w/the product, I'd like to know.  Cheesy

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AND COMMENT on the "facts." : Aeromach USA, LLC

Paxton;
We list the AM-5000C (with the additional bolt kit for Honda) for Valkyrie up to 1998.  I'm not sure why that model year.
I'm not sure that the forks were changed.  You cannot use the bullets on bikes with a speed sensor mounted on the front axle
but I don't believe that is an issue with Valks
. A dealer (or the VRCC) may have the answer to that...

Hello,

HERE IS A LATE-BETTER-THAN-NEVER UPDATE

I decided to take a chance and err… bite the bullet(s). I made my decision based on the information below.
I ordered the AEROMACH AM5000C fork bullets… $132.95 Grand Total - at my door.  Cheesy Roll Eyes Smiley

DISCLAIMER: The following information may not all be accurate, therefore please reassure yourself by fact-checking. Embarrassed

I inquired in person with the Glendale (Ca.) Honda dealer and studied all the Valkyrie forks listed for 1997-2003.
The dealer tech guys insist that all forks for the Valkyrie Tourer and Standard models from 1997-2003 are the same…

As Marty had already indicated, all fork-related-part numbers are the same for all years.
Someone else also indicated, the issue of fitment with the Interstate forks has to do with the speed sensor’s location.

BASIS FOR LAST NIGHT'S CONCLUSION...
It appears certain that ALL FORKS for ALL Models are actually the same. Except that to fit ANY NAME BRAND bullet-fork covers
on the interstate’s forks, the speed sensor must be relocated... (?)...

My purchase went to the lowest priced source that I found for the "Torpedo Bullets."  Smiley
Also, they sell the bullets made by other manufacturers.

I’m excited ‘bout the prospects of having these babies on my bike by 4 July!
