I got my parts in that I need to replace after my gravity check. Need to pull the left grip and I am stuck/ it is stuck.

Wasn't thinking of replacing them with aftermarket, until right now  Cheesy

If it's trashed or you don't want it anymore, just slice it down the middle with a utility knife and pull it off.

If you're trying to save it, slide an ice pick down between grip and bar then shoot some solvent*;  with the thin spray nozzle tube slid in beside the ice pick, at  12, 4 and 8 o'clock.   *Brake cleaner (alcohol), WD40, penetrating oil, Gummout.  It'll slide off.

On the throttle side, don't FUBAR the plastic throttle sleeve.

varmintmist.....the left grip chrome piece at the end pops off...the right side unscrews.  after you get the two end caps off, jusr take a compressed air nozzle (the kind with the long thin nozzle?) and put it between the grip and the handlebar.....blow some quick shots of air in....that will pop the grip loose in no time at all.  over all the stock grips (in my opinion) ar the best.

Goose, you da man

I didnt have a long nozzle so when I pulled the cap off the end, I jammed the soft rubber tip in and let her rip.

The grip swelled up as I moved it around and when I kept air on it as I pulled it off, it was like there was no glue at all.

Shweeeeet....
