Wink Well today we rode the Skyline Drive in Virginia.

Started out in fog up in the Blue Ridge Mtn.

A little rain.

and then alot of sun and scenery

beautiful scenery.

Its been a great trip

Devl is getting a real work out on the Spyder.

We just love that road.

Sometimes it seems your going to ride right off the mtn.

Time to hit the Interstate...got into West Virginia (Happy Birthday WV June 20th 1863)

Rode up I-81 to I-70 then to the National Highway I-68

We are spending the night in Cumberland Maryland.

Love the Skyline Drive. Had bear run across road in front of me twice along with other wildlife. Beautiful stuff as long as you're cautious. Thanks for pics  cooldude

Real nice pics RTaz... Been a long time since I've been there... going on 30 years.  The Shennendoah (sp) Valley is beautiful from up there.  I used to live in Md.  and been up there lots of times.  You might want to go and check out Harper's Ferry one of these times... Very historic.  Glad ya had a good trip and looks like you had fun.  The Spider looks cool to ride too.  cooldude

Run I-68 a lot when i was still truckin. Beautiful country there. That highway has been known to take a good truck and gut it. uglystupid2 I could not take a truck into that vietnam memorial. Tried to stop on the shoulder and walk back and the highway patrol was nice about it but let me know i needed to rethink my approach. police Hope you got to stop there. Good report and fine fotos.  cooldude RIDE SAFE.
