There is a gas station in Albuquerque that has dropped to $3.07 a gallon. Most expensive is still $3.50 a gallon. What is the price in your neck of the woods?

Regular (87 OCT) dropped to $3.54 yesterday... They raise it close to a buck (from the beginning of last summer)... Drop it $.40 - $.50... And everyone is 'happy' gas prices are so low Black Dog

That is just sad that we get excited about $3 plus a gallon. We can do better than that!!! If it was that low here I would be excited too....but it is still sad.

average price in western ny is still in the mid $3.70 range. even with a huge surplus of gas due to the country as a whole using 1/3 less fuel the price is not coming down like it should. but i am sure the president will try and take the credit for what little the price drops all cause he released 300 million gallons of the reserve. like that did any good for the price. we have a surplus. now we have to replace that fuel and at what price to us per gallon? makes real good sense....

Here in Eau Claire there are three families that own all the gas stations in a 20 mile radius and they control the prices at the pump. Once one station changes it’s price, they all change with in two hours. As of yesterday gas was $3.69 per gallon for regular unleaded gas. I highly doubt that gas will ever get below $3 here again.

Doesn't matter because oil is slowly creeping back up as will the gas prices unless the oil price takes another dump.

Just be glad you are not up here in Canada. Our prices are @ 1.18/L or about $4.46 a US gallon. Can you say bend over and grab your ankles. Although, we are hosed by taxes. You would think we would have much cheaper gas since we pump out a lot more oil than we use but the gov't loves their taxes.
