Well, I'm glad to see they are back to using the "regular" scam bike.  Last week it was MY '98 Jade & black Tourer that appeared on Ebay classified/Baton Rouge.

What is the scam?  The bike doesn't exist?  They try to get you to make a deposit over the phone?  What?

Obviously the price is crazy low for a Valk with that mileage...

The bike does exist, it is owned by a member of this club.  The scammer copied the pictures from a priveous advertisement and entered his own price and email address.  Send him an email and he will respond with his stupid story and want you to make a payment and he will ship you the bike.  It is hard to track his ad because it is a picture not a text ad.  This ad has appeared on almost every craigslist board in the country.

This is the link to "Search Tempest" http://www.searchtempest.com/
put in your zip code, 1998 valkyrie, and how many miles around your zipcode.

Last week the bike was listed in Las Vegas, I posted it here twice,  I flagged that listing over 300 times that week myself.

In May we had a guy(Alias) who claimed he sent money for the bike, which never showed up
