Good Morning,

Patrick and I are responsible for registration again this year and are putting the volunteer schedule together. We have some volunteers but will need more so those who have so graciously volunteered won't be asked to work more hours than necessary.

If you think you can give a couple hours of your time please send me a personal message through the board. Please include your email address and telephone number. I plan to contact anyone who will be asked to work as I’m making the schedule to ensure you are being scheduled during a time that will work for you. I realized this time is your vacation and you’ll want to be riding as well.

I will schedule in groups if 2, depending on the time there may be 2 or 4 people working; so if you have a friend, significant other/spouse you’d like to work with provide that information.

I know it’s the holiday weekend and a lot of folks are gone. I’ll be working on this during the weekend and the first part of the week. I hope to have this nailed down by the end of the week.

Blessings,
Carolyn

Are you an organ, tissue and eye donor for your state? Did you know one person can save or enhance the lives of up to 75 people. The # of people waiting for organs in the US would overflow the University of Michigan football stadium. It's the biggest in the country. Will seat over 109,000.

to add to my request.....when you work registration you get to meet and talk with folks....it's not like work at all. You might find you like it so much you won't want to leave for the next person to take their shift. All kidding aside, I was going to mention this in my request. It's an awesome experience to meet some of the most amazing people in the world, our VRCC Family. I'm soo proud I can call myself a part of this bunch.

Back in the early IZ's  I worked registration with Mark & Lynn from Cat Specialties.  Met a lot of great people over those years.

You might not remember all of them, but I'll bet your sweet butt, if anything happened at registration or and joking around, the registrants picking up their folders remember you.
