Got 10 miles per gallon Grin Grin Grin rode 100 miles at 100 miles per hour ....  Shocked Shocked Shocked may need some medical help, have Michigan bugs embedded in my forehead smile won't leave my face and my knuckles are still all white and won't release from hand grips....the Valkyrie performed just the way I knew it would when I bought it. Come to think of it I never asked what the mileage would be when I bought it, I just knew it was bad ass  Cheesy

Okay folks its just a joke, I don't mean no harm and I ain't picking on anyone, I just have a little warped sense of humor.

I have gone 192 miles on my Interstate on it' its larger tank, hit reserve at 175.

Pretty good cruising range.

I usually take a break every 100 miles anyway.

A 10 gallon tank.  I wonder what that would look like on the valk?  Can someone do some photoshopping?

Want 10 gallon tank?  Add a belly tank to an Interstate.  Capacity goes to 9.9 gallons.  Made by R & M Works, Moses Lake, WA

Unfortunately this isn't a particularly good photo but it shows a 9 gallon (UK so that is about 10US) on a Valk. This was a common modification on some UK bikes a few years ago. If you ask Steve on the UK board he'll give you more info but basically you cut the tank open and weld some extra metal in on both sides. It is quite difficult to do as the steel of the Valk tank is quite thin.
