I have been to a few countries that ration the toilet paper at public bathrooms...Cuba, Mexico, Greece to name a few. I hope they are using Charmin.

Since a black woman is depicted handing out toilet paper in the photo, I'm guessing DFragn saw it as a mocking comment. You need to ask DFragn to be sure. |

Couple years ago I was standing in a line about 300 yards long waiting to get out of Mexico at the S. California border. All of a sudden they opened the rest rooms (on the mexican side) and stationed an attendant at the door. He was charging $1.00 to enter.
What a crock of crap, I walked right past him thinking it was a joke.
I came out to find that he was serious, I just told him that it was the last time I would ever come to his country, ( I don't think he understood me) I meant it.

Here in the Czech Republic, and most of Europe for that matter, the restrooms are all pay. They seem to be operated as a profit making venture. They have their own little office and a full time staff. They are very clean. I am happy to pay 50 cents or so to have a clean restroom. Strange thing, I went into one that I have been to a few times wearing my IBM badge. The attendant waved me on. I guess IBM folks get to crap for free.

If you walk around with a chip on your shoulder daring others to knock it off eventually someone will. Could it not be that "Sister" applies because the link has a PIC of a woman about to enter the Ladies room with a woman handing her the TP? Why does "Sister" have to be racist? And when did the term "Sister" become a racist remark? I refer to many of my male friends and co workers as "Brother" whether they be Black, White, Red, Yellow or Purple. Is that now racist? Again if you are constantly lookng for something you will see it in places that it doesn't exist. |
