we're meeting a fellow rider at buccees on 290 and mueschke at 9:45.  we'll meander up from there and meet a couple more riders at 10:20ish at the chevron on 2920 and mueschke.   Cool

give me a shout if you'd like to meetup and we'll look for you.

Sorry I did not make it Mary.  I was on the way and got a call of someone needing assistance.  Hoping that Wizard did manage to get the message to you before you started worrying about me.

Mark (Rocketman) now has his fork rebuild project finished, and all is well.

hey early bird.  i did get your msg.  i'll post again when we set up another ride, which will be in the near future.
it was much cooler up in the lake conroe area.  we headed back down to houston and you could feel it getting hotter.  had a bit of a sprinkle, not enough to cool us down and/or slickup the road.
it was a good ride, good fellowship.

Same here.

We will be doing the "full moon" ride this coming weekend.  Saturday night, meet at the bank at the corner of I35 bypass and Hwy 6 in Alvin.  It's a Christian bike group that makes a ride down South somewhere for dinner.  It is lead by a guy named Harry Stafford who is a biker (now Goldwing), preacher, and consignment RV dealer.  We bought our first camping trailer from him 4 years ago.
There are about 50 or so bikes that rode to Galvston last month, ate at Golden Corral, and rode back through Surfside to Alvin.
It's an excuse to get out and ride at night when it is cooler.  Wink

Ray- Thanks for modifying your plans on my behalf.  You didn't have to do it, but you saw a need, and couldn't be dissuaded.  Once again, the great folks here come through!
