I want to thank everyone on this board for their prayers and well wishes after my accident. I am out of my neckbrace, broken toe and hurt foot healing. My Bride is better in spirit but still in a world of hurt. She is in her neckbrace and sling. Drs said it could be up to three months for the nerve damage in her arm to heal. Neck, shoulder blade and wrist are just broken bones and time will heal them. I am glad I am retired and can help her along. Progressive totalled the bike it will show up on Crashedtoys.com the black one with 24 miles on it. Progressive paid my medical payout as well as activating the underinsured motorist policy for my Bride. Time will tell how Farmers Ins. from the other driver will handle this, in the meantime we have medical ins that will keep the bills away. When the time comes I will try yet another Victory but that will be after my Bride is better and I can make that argument with her, she does not want me on a bike, I have been on one since I was about 7 years old so this is one battle she will lose......in time.

I wonder if you could explain the medical payout, does that mean they picked up the bill?

I carried $2500 each person for medical for the purpose of paying the deductable on my healthcare plan in case of an accident. Progressive paid that to me. The underinsured motorist will pick up when the person at fault exhausts their liability limits on their plan, in this case $100,000 per person. I have $100,000 per person in underinsured motorist.

Make sure you look into their under/unisured motorist coverage too. That may be our saving grace in this case.
