Hard to believe that 31 years ago today two kids got married; man what a ride we’ve had. I couldn’t image taking it with anyone else. They say it’s not about the journey it’s who you’re with and I’m sure glad Patrick’s been with me. Because some of the stuff we’ve been dealt through our years may have broken many of marriages but not ours. I think it’s the glue that made it stronger along the way.

Patrick is a man of faith; it’s by his example I found my way back to Christ. He’s my rock; knowing he’s got my back I can to anything because he loves me so much. He always says “I love you more”. I’m so sure about that though.

Congratulations on 31 years! We've only been married 23 but it seems just like yesterday and we just thought we were in love then! Like you we have been through a lot that would have ended a lot of marriages....But by the grace of God! We just thought we were in love until we were born again and he increased that love 100 fold!!   Smiley

Congratulations on your 31st annniversary, here is wishing you another 31 years together.

My other 1/2 & I are about 25+ ahead of ya, and we still fight like cats & dogs, but it is that making up that really pays off and gets your attention.

Our secret has always been, NEVER go to bed mad.........   It does not accomplish a thing.

Hey F6Gal, I noticed that the only two states in the lower 48 that you haven't been to are Idaho and Maine. You allergic to potatoes or something?

It's wonderful to hear of long marriages without any regrets. My wife and I had 37 years in before she died from ovarian cancer and I can truly say I loved her more each day. Hope you have many more. God Bless You Both on this special day. Congrats, Hef

Carolyn and Pat, I think that's great....31 yrs. together. And yes, a Spirit centered relationship does make a difference. I saw it in my own parents and how my dad treated/cared for my mom, and how she was toward him. They seemed to breathe life into each other. I feel my dad set an example for me to follow toward my wife, the trials are many these days. I'm just glad we don't have to face them alone, I couldn't do it on my own power.

I'm unable to attend this year so won't get to see you. Maybe next year will work out, until then.....be well, be safe, be thankful.

Congratulations, and Happy Anniversary!!! cooldude

My better half and I will be married 42 years this December. It's been a lot easier for me than for her I'm sure. I love her more today than I did then. Being married to the right person is the best thing that could happen to anyone. Congrats again, and hope you have at least another 31 years ahead of you. Smiley

Actually, I'm Irish.... so that should answer that question!
Do they grow potatoes in Maine?

Hey You 2!!!!!!!
Mucho mucho congrats!
You are 2 of the nicest folks on the planet and I am so happy to have met you...via the Valkyrie and Paducah in 2004!  I hope you have another 100 years of happiness!!!!
John Schmidt----sorry you can't make it this year, we will miss you for sure.
Anvil------they grow more than spuds in Idaho, how's this...they offer organic grain vodka from Idaho grain?!!...and there is a HUGE Budweiser barley plant in Idaho Falls.  You can have your 'tater" chips!
And, F6Gal------We have a house in southern Idaho and can show you some neat scenery if you make it out here, but in all honesty, the riding out of Reno in the Sierras is cursed near impossible to beat.  We have a house there, too...just in case.  You know, there is a bikie thing called Street Vibrations in September....just in case you haven't heard of it.  We could set up an AWESOME VRCC ride out of that event.  We could cover Virginia City (very cool), Lake Tahoe, and the Sierras....maybe even Lassen Volcanic Park or Crater Lake.  Just thinking, that's all.
AGAIN TO PAT AND CAROLYN--------WAY TO GO GUYS!!!!!!
