I'd appreciate it if someone could direct me to a how-to on removing the U-joint.  I wish to avoid the clusterfk I created last time out (Daniel Meyers did give excellent instructions on re-assembly). 
Planning to lube shaft, final drive splines, etc.
Assume I know nothing.

Here's all you need, but you don't need to pull the u-joint for what you mentioned.
